AURA CLEARING:  This is a modality that will cleanse the aura of negative energy and promote healing or spiritual growth, depending on what the client's soul is needing and wanting to achieve.  It involves sweeping the body with hands in the aura of ther cilent, from head to feet without touching the body.  

CHAKRA CLEARING AND ALIGNING:  This is a modality that not only cleanses the chakras ( the energy centers of the body that are located from the top of the head to the root, or base of the spine) and also aligns them. This modality can actually in some cases promote physical healing of areas in dis-ease or healing on spiritual levels.  The practitioner is able to sense the area with the dis-ease and send Reiki healing energy to that area.  

NUTRITIONAL PLANNING:  Nutrition plays a large part in health and wellbeing.  Planning nutrition that is a fit with the client's physiology, lifestyle and needs can assist in maintaining and in some cases, improving health.
